Amazing Landscapes Under the Midnight Sun

Iceland Holidays | Midnight Sun | Whale Watching

Summer in Iceland is a unique experience; from June until August the sun hardly sets. With constant daylight during these summer months, there is no better way to experience the wonders of Iceland than under the soft light of the Midnight Sun. Whether whale watching or touring the extraordinary landscape, the evening sun provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway or a relaxing short break.

From erupting geysers to lazy lagoons, Iceland is crammed with natural wonders just waiting to be explored. Everywhere you go in this fascinating land there is colourful evidence of the constant turmoil beneath the surface, which has spawned one of the strangest yet most beautiful landscapes known to man.

Greenland offers another opportunity to experience a culture shaped by a unique landscape and can be combined with an Iceland break on our 'At the Edge of the World' tour. Rugged mountains and grand icebergs dominate breath-taking panoramas of the untouched Arctic. Despite being the largest island on earth, Greenland is home to just a few thousand Inuit who live at the edge of the habitable world.

3 Nights, 15 June - 15 August 2012

On this summer weekend break you can enjoy the charming experience of whale watching under the Midnight Sun.
